Rain Expected in Parts of Jakarta in the Afternoon

The Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) expects rain in parts of Jakarta on Thursday (6/9).

Rain accompanied by thunder and strong winds in short duration will fall in West, South, and East Jakarta at noon and in the late afternoon

"Rain accompanied by thunder and strong winds in short duration will fall in West, South, and East Jakarta at noon and in the late afternoon," stated BMKG's official site.

West and South Jakarta are predicted to see rain with medium intensity; light rain in Central and East Jakarta; and cloudy in North Jakarta and Seribu Islands.

Most Regions in Jakarta will Be Sunny and Cloudy at Noon

Then at night, cloudy is expected in West Jakarta; while sunny and cloudy in Central, South, East, North Jakarta, and Seribu Islands.

Entering dawn, most regions of Jakarta will be cloudy.

Temperatures are predicted at 23 to 29 degrees Celsius with 75 to 100 percent humidity.
